Warranty

ATOR Labs warrants the OMNIcheck to be free from defects in materials and faulty workmanship for a period of three years from date of sale. The warranty may be extended up to ten years with successful calibration on an annual basis. The calibration must be performed before one year has elapsed since the prior calibration. The warranty applies to all components of the OMNIcheck. ATOR Labs’ obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at ATOR Labs’ option, of the OMNIcheck or components shown to be defective.

Our testing has highlighted two areas of concern with POSIchek’s NFPA compliance:

Within NFPA 1852, Table 7.5.2 explains acceptance criteria for Facepiece Leakage. The POSIchek does not follow the table.
NFPA 1852, Table 7.5.6(a) shows a breathing waveform with acceptable tolerances. Our testing has not found POSIchek that can successfully meet this requirement.

The NIOSH-approved Scott ISCBA is ideal for the occasional user. It offers low-cost supplied air protection for non-fire hazards like confined space and chlorine storage. Available with low-pressure 2216 psi aluminum or carbon cylinder supplies with 30 minutes of air.

The AV-3000 facepiece with SureSeal has a polyester-net head harness‚ and is designed for maximum versatility. The reliable two-stage pneumatic system consists of a first-stage pressure reducer coupled with an EZ-Flo® mask-mounted regulator. This regulator reduces inhalation and exhalation resistance for less user fatigue. The air saver switch lets you put the SCBA in standby mode when connected to an activated cylinder. Total weight is 30 lbs.

Convert your AV-3000 facepiece into a full-face respirator‚ and eliminate the need for an additional fit test. DESCRIPTION

Cylinder Hydro-Static Testing – SCBA cylinder hydrostatic testing is crucial as such containers can explode if they fail when containing compressed gas/air. A hydrostatic test consists of filling the cylinder with a nearly incompressible liquid—usually water—and examining it for leaks or permanent changes in shape.

SCBA OVERHAUL – ALL MAKES & MODELS NIOSH / EN

SCBA Overhaul / Rebuild – Domestic & International

1st Reducer and 2nd Regulator – will be removed from the SCBA backframe and 100% dis-assembled. All components will be ultrasonically cleaned and sanitized. 1st stage reducer and 2nd stage regulator will be re-assembled with new internal components. 1st stage reducer and 2nd stage regulator will be installed back on to the backframe and harness assembly. The SCBA will then be Quantitatively flo-tested using a Posichek. Flo-test results will be provided for each SCBA.

Backframe and Harness Assembly – will be cleaned and inspected for damage. Any damage found will be repaired.

Face Piece Assembly – will be cleaned/sanitized and inspected for damage. Any damage found will be repaired.

Cylinder Hydro-Static Testing – cylinder will be cleaned and Hydro-tested as per DOT/TC & EN specifications.

SCBA Valve Overhaul – Includes complete tear-down and rebuild. All new O-rings. Ultrasonic cleaning. Leak tested and ready to use.
