1st Reducer and 2nd Regulator – will be removed from the SCBA backframe and 100% dis-assembled. All components will be ultrasonically cleaned and sanitized. 1st stage reducer and 2nd stage regulator will be re-assembled with new internal components. 1st stage reducer and 2nd stage regulator will be installed back on to the backframe and harness assembly. The SCBA will then be Quantitatively flo-tested using a Posichek. Flo-test results will be provided for each SCBA.
Backframe and Harness Assembly – will be cleaned and inspected for damage. Any damage found will be repaired.
Face Piece Assembly – will be cleaned/sanitized and inspected for damage. Any damage found will be repaired.
Cylinder Hydro-Static Testing – cylinder will be cleaned and Hydro-tested as per DOT/TC & EN specifications. Based on large quanities only.
SCBA Valve Overhaul – Includes complete tear-down and rebuild. All new O-rings. Ultrasonic cleaning. Leak tested and ready to use.
